3rd BelkantonCup is over

13-year-old Russian Dmitry Popko has won the singles title at the Tennis Europe 14&Under event Belkanton Cup 2010. In the final match Dmitry confidently defeated No. 2 seed 13-year-old Rumanian Paul Rares Andriuc: 6-2 6-2.

Russian’s Veronika Kudermetova claimed her first major title on the Tennis Europe Circuit by defeating another Russian’s Tamara Pichkadze in the final of the third BelkantonCup: 75 36 63.

In girl's doubles the winners were from Belarus: Vera Sakalouskaya and Iryna Shymanovich defeated another Belarusian team Palina Dubavets/Aliaksandra Puhacheva: 6-2 6-2.

The boys doubles finals was won by Russian Dmitry Popko and Andrey Pechkin who defeated Belarussian/Ukranian pair Drobysh Aleh/Olexiy Kolisnyk 64 61.
